ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ವಸತಿ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯಗಳು

ಎಲ್ಲಾ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸ್ನಾತಕೋತ್ತರ ಮತ್ತು ಪದವಿಪೂರ್ವ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಬಾಲಕಿಯರ ಹಾಸ್ಟೆಲ್‌ಗಳು ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಕಾಲೇಜು ಹಾಸ್ಟೆಲ್‌ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸಿಸಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಬಾಲಕರ ಮತ್ತು ಬಾಲಕಿಯರ ಹಾಸ್ಟೆಲ್‌ಗಳು ಜಿಕೆವಿಕೆ, ಚಿಂತಾಮಣಿ, ಮಂಡ್ಯ, ಹಾಸನ ಮತ್ತು ಚಾಮರಾಜನಗರದಲ್ಲಿವೆ. ಮುಖ್ಯ ವಾರ್ಡನ್‌ಗಳು ಹಾಸ್ಟೆಲ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ನೋಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಕೇಬಲ್ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯದೊಂದಿಗೆ ದೂರದರ್ಶನ, ಇಂಟರ್ನೆಟ್, ಸಂಗೀತ ಕೊಠಡಿ, ಒಳಾಂಗಣ ಆಟಗಳ ಕೊಠಡಿ ಮತ್ತು ಆಯ್ದ ಪುಸ್ತಕಗಳು, ನಿಯತಕಾಲಿಕೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ವೃತ್ತಪತ್ರಿಕೆಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಗ್ರಂಥಾಲಯದಂತಹ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಕೊಠಡಿ ಇದೆ, ಜೊತೆಗೆ ವಾಲಿ ಬಾಲ್, ಬ್ಯಾಡ್ಮಿಂಟನ್, ಬಾಸ್ಕೆಟ್ ಬಾಲ್ ಮತ್ತು ಟೇಬಲ್‌ಗಾಗಿ ಕೋರ್ಟ್‌ಗಳು. ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಹಾಸ್ಟೆಲ್‌ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಟೆನಿಸ್. ಹಾಸ್ಟೆಲ್ ಕೆಫೆಟೇರಿಯಾವು ರೆಫ್ರಿಜರೇಟರ್, ವಾಟರ್ ಕೂಲರ್, ಸೋಲಾರ್, ಎಲ್‌ಪಿಜಿ ಅಡುಗೆ, ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ಕಂಪ್ಯೂಟರ್ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯ ಇತ್ಯಾದಿಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದೆ. ಪ್ರತಿ ಹಾಸ್ಟೆಲ್ ಕೆಫೆಟೇರಿಯಾವನ್ನು ಹಾಸ್ಟೆಲ್ ಮೇಲ್ವಿಚಾರಣಾ ಸಮಿತಿಯ ಮೂಲಕ “ಲಾಭವಿಲ್ಲ – ನಷ್ಟವಿಲ್ಲ” ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಾರೆ ಮತ್ತು ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಹಾಸ್ಟೆಲ್‌ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸಿಸುವ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಹಾಸ್ಟೆಲ್ ನಿಯಮಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ನಿಬಂಧನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಬದ್ಧರಾಗಿರಬೇಕು.

UAS, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕ್ಯಾಂಪಸ್‌ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹುಡುಗಿಯರು ಮತ್ತು ಹುಡುಗರಿಗಾಗಿ ಮೀಸಲಾದ ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕ ಹಾಸ್ಟೆಲ್ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. GKVK ಕ್ಯಾಂಪಸ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ, UG, PG ಮತ್ತು PhD ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕ ಹಾಸ್ಟೆಲ್‌ಗಳು ಲಭ್ಯವಿದೆ. ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾನಿಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಧ್ಯಯನ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ಅಂತರರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕ ಅಂತರರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ಹಾಸ್ಟೆಲ್ ಲಭ್ಯವಿದೆ. ಹಾಸ್ಟೆಲ್‌ಗಳು ಇಂಟರ್ನೆಟ್, ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಟಿವಿ ಹಾಲ್, ಸಂಗೀತ ಮತ್ತು ಮನರಂಜನಾ ಕೊಠಡಿ ಮತ್ತು ಲೈಬ್ರರಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸುಸಜ್ಜಿತವಾಗಿವೆ. ಪ್ರತಿ ಹಾಸ್ಟೆಲ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಅಡುಗೆ ಮನೆ ಮತ್ತು ಮೀಸಲಾದ ಅಡುಗೆ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ಇದ್ದಾರೆ. ಪಾವತಿ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಆಹಾರವನ್ನು ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.

Students from different countries are pursuing various programs at the UAS, Bangalore. In order to provide an apt academic environment, a foreign student’s center is established under the Directorate of Students Welfare, GKVK, Bangalore under the Chairmanship of the Dean (PGS). Two separate fully furnished hostel blocks are available to provide accommodation for individuals as well as students with families. The two faculty of the University serve as a Foreign Student Adviser and an Associate Foreign Student Adviser. They provide assistance to students in all aspects during their stay as students at the University.
